John has over 15 years experience in community mental health, higher education and private practice. He earned his MSW from Monmouth University in 2012 and his NJ LCSW (44SC05656000) in 2015. John has been a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner since 2012. John's areas of clinical focus include LGBTQ+ issues and counseling college-aged clients. John is a member of the National Association of Social Workers since 2010. He has been a member of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association since 2012.

ERIN FERNANDES, LCSW

Erin has over 12 years experience in community mental health; including partial care, intensive outpatient, and outpatient programs and has worked with children, adults, and seniors. She earned her MSW from Monmouth University in 2009 and her NJ LCSW (44SC05501300) in 2011. Erin encourages her clients to focus on self care and to practice assertiveness, in order to better manage life tasks and stressors.

TARA GEIER, RD

Tara began practicing as a Registered Dietitian in 2019, with experience in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient eating disorder treatment programs. She completed her B.S. in Nutrition at UMass Amherst, followed by her dietetic internship and M.S. in Nutrition at Saint Elizabeth University. Tara’s practice specializes in eating disorders and intuitive eating. Her goal is to provide nutrition education to help empower clients to navigate a world with mixed nutrition messages. Tara will help you to find food freedom, make peace with your body and reconnect with the joy of eating.

MATTHEW LAMBERT, LAC

Matt is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). He received his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University. Matt has experience in both outpatient and intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization settings working with relationships and individuals struggling with a wide range of challenges. Matt’s primary focus is working with relationships and individuals with relationship-based challenges. He has completed trainings in multiple intervention styles to include the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy (Level One) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) which he implements to help clients learn tangible skills while fostering meaningful, long-term change.

ALANNA MARRERO, LPC

Alanna has 5 years experience working in intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs treating clients with eating disorders and other mental health diagnosis. She earned her MS from Monmouth University in 2017. She earned her NJ LPC (37PC00755300) in 2021. Her work focuses on assisting clients build supportive, meaningful relationships with their loved ones while managing their eating disorder or other issues.

SHANNON STOLL, APN

Shannon has over 23 years experience in the field of psychiatry. She has worked inpatient psychiatry, crisis (PESS), and outpatient settings (adolescent and adult). She earned her BSN in 1996 from Trenton State College (College of New Jersey) and her MSN from Monmouth university in 2018. Shannon believes in a collaborative approach with her clients, and places a strong emphasis on education regarding medication management. She is conservative in her prescriptive practices and encourages her clients to be active participants in their healthcare management. Shannon enjoys working with new and expectant parents. She is a a member of Postpartum Support International and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider.

JUSTIN WILSON, LPC

Justin has 5 years experience working in intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs as well as outpatient programs treating clients with a wide range of mental health disorder diagnoses. He earned his MS from Monmouth University in 2017. He earned his NJ LPC (37PC00790400) in 2022. His work focuses on helping teens and adults better manage their emotions with validation, empathy, and support while building strong therapeutic relationships with his clients.
