FEES

Our fee schedule will be discussed with you during your initial call. If financial hardship interferes with your ability to pay for treatment, a sliding scale may be offered. Sliding scale appointments are offered on a limited basis and require income verification.

INSURANCE

We are an out of network provider. Services are provided and charged to you, not your insurance company. Many insurance companies are willing to provide reimbursement for services provided by out of network providers. It is your responsibility to submit all receipts to your insurance. Reimbursement varies based on individual plans.

PAYMENT

Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept cash, check and most credit cards including health savings cards.
